5. Confirm the HyperTerminal settings and click OK.

6. Press Enter to display the serial menu. The Appliance Selection Menu will be displayed.

7. Select the Receiver or Transmitter Menu by pressing 1 or 2 and pressing Enter. You will be

prompted to enter a password.

8. Type the password and press Enter.

NOTE: If there is no transmitter connected to the ECMS user station, an error message will display and you will

be returned to the Appliance Selection Menu.
